This contract provides for the replacement of Wallula Bridge over Mill Creek from Old Highway
12 to East of Harding Road. Work includes replacement of the existing bridge over Mill Creek,
asphalt pavement, curb and gutter, and guardrail; storm drain pipe and infiltration facilities; new
signing and pavement markings; bank stabilization, channel grading, landscaping
improvements, and other work, all in accordance with the attached Contract Plans, these
Contract Provisions, and the Standard Specifications.
