This USCG RMACC Task Order project will take place at USCG Station Cape Disappointment, 322 Coast Guard Rd., Ilwaco, WA 98624.. This project involves the repair of the Floating Dock #3, including installation of a concrete floating dock system, gangway platform superstructure, replacement of the gangway, installation of anodes on guide & supporting piles, modifications to the boat access bridge handrails, and installation of utilities. The Government is furnishing (1) Topper Gangway. The USCG Station must primarily remain operational at all times. This project will be subject to the included Prevailing Wage Decision rates and the Buy American clauses. The D Square Construction Sample Subcontract is available for review in the SUBCONTRACT DOCS folder, with the bidding documents in our online plan room. By submitting a price proposal, subcontractors are acknowledging they have read our subcontract and will sign our subcontract as part of the condition of doing the work they are proposing on and that their price will remain valid for the 90 days as stated in the solicitation. The Bid Schedule contains one (1) Base Bid Line Item.
