The work includes the following:
 Providing soil stabilization at the wastewater treatment plant site by means of
rammed aggregate piers.
 Constructing a new elevated headworks with a mechanically cleaned screen.
 Constructing two new sequencing batch reactor basins, a new equalization basin, and
a blower building.
 Constructing a new chlorine contact chamber.
 Constructing a new dissolved air floatation clarifier in a new building.
 Constructing new chemical feed equipment.
 Constructing a new irrigation/DAF feed pump station.
 Constructing a new storage building.
 Constructing new electrical power distribution and control equipment.
 Providing grading, paving and site piping, electrical and instrumentation work.
