Developing a 0.38 acres vacant lot to become a
neighborhood open green space for public use. Improvements include but are not
limited to grading, drainage and sewer connections, landscaping, planting, artificial play
surface, lawn, concrete and permeable concrete paving, Right-of-way improvement,
drinking fountain installation, lighting and irrigation systems. Additive#1 is for bench,
pebble seating and Boardwalk system.
