This project is supported with federal funding from Federal Highways Administration. The
project involves construction of a landscaped pedestrian plaza. Primary elements of construction include TESC, site excavation and grading, structural earth wall (incorporating both soil and lightweight (geofoam – backfill), storm drainage collection, reinforced concrete retaining walls, pedestrian seating, decorative (granite) wall caps, decorative concrete site paving and jointing, pedestrian railings, site lighting, signage, landscaping and irrigation. The FSBE goal for this project is 13%. There is no federal training goal for this project.
