This proposal is for the contractor to remove the existing three-span truss, steel girder, and timber bridge. The bridge will be replaced with a two-span bridge consisting of prestressed concrete voided slab beams / steel plate girders with a concrete deck founded on a spread footing and driven pile substructure.
