The Base Bid includes construction of a new 0.85 MG membrane filtration treatment
plant, including a chemical building, onsite septic system, chlorine contact tank,
chemical storage and feed systems, site grading, access and parking, utilities,
demolition, site restoration and screening. Additive alternate bid items also include a
canopy and standby generator.
