PROJECT DESCRIPTION
This project consisted of a concrete seismic retrofit and repairs beneath Seattle’s T46 terminal, a terminal that spans 260,000 square feet. The scope of work required removing portions of damaged concrete and then making repairs to corroded reinforcement and recasting the affected areas. The work required working around the tidal schedule and installing a scaffolding system that was submerged at high tides. Critical scheduling and sequencing were critical to this project’s success.
