Stellar J Corporation built a water treatment facility Port Townsend, WA. The 7,000 SF water treatment facility consists of a  CMU masonry building with  steel roof trusses, a steel deck, installation of complex mechanical process piping systems, HVAC, plumbing, a membrane filtration system, chemical tanks, blowers, pumping equipment, chemical treatment systems and a new SCADA,  controls, and instrumentation. The project also included a tie-in to existing utilities, a new standby generator, demolition of an existing precast concrete reservoir, a stormwater detention pond, grading, paving, landscaping, and surface restoration.
