Stellar J took this challenge to develop its own construction processes to build a three MGD bio-reactor wastewater treatment plant that took the look of a beautifully built restaurant when it was finished.  Constructed on a narrow peninsula 15’ below sea level that included a full time by pass of existing sewer flows to replace an aging pump station, Stellar J completed the project on time and saved the owner more than $3,000,000 using innovative design and construction sequencing techniques.
