Stellar J built a 6.7 million gallon concrete reservoir for the City of Everett, WA.  The project included a design/ construct 84” diameter piping system to deliver 140 MGD of potable water the City of Everett, WA.

Stellar J’s work received recognition for Excellence in the concrete structures built for the City and Stellar J was paid a bonus for completing work ahead of schedule.
