The project generally consists of the following:
1. Traffic control, erosion and sediment control, and work area isolation.
2. General excavation.
3. Construction of asphaltic pavements.
4. Construction of concrete curbs, ramps, sidewalks, parking stalls, and abutment seat.
5. Installation of pavement markings.
6. Installation of steel piles.
7. Installation of owner provided aluminum gangway and accessible floating dock.
8. Mitigation Planting.
9. Performance of additional and incidental work as called for by the specifications and plans.
