Stellar J completed the removal and replacement of the Cedar Creek Bridge.   This project included the complete removal of the existing bridge over Cedar Creek, at the confluence of the Lewis River, included 8 new 12” steel piles driven to bedrock, new concrete pile caps, new single span concrete girders, complete concrete reconstruction of east pier with extensive removal of poor subsurface soils, new mechanically stabilized welded wire walls and grade changes on the approaches.  All barriers were cast in place on the new bridge with added steel architectural handrails.  This project required significant river bank improvements, adding boulder armoring for both east and west shorelines well below the high water mark.
