Stellar J was selected to dewater and remove digested biosolids under a multiyear contract.  Work included: (1) dewatering; (2) excavating, transporting and placing the biosolids into a lined containment cell and closure of the containment cell; (3) and lining of a storage lagoon after removal of biosolids, subbase restoration and site grading.
