Seismic retrofit project that includes superstructure retrofits
through section bolstering and use of CFRP reinforcement, separating the ramp and the staircase from the main span and building up a new lightweight fill/wall support system
for the ramp and wall/footing support system for the staircase, adding new expansion joints at the ramps, removing and reinstalling handrails and modifying the ends of handrails at new expansion joints.
