The Work under this Contract will consist of, but is not limited to, providing all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to construct a new digestion facility, including equipment procurement and installation; construct a new odor control system; modify existing facilities; replace the Headworks PLC; and associated systems, including electrical and instrumentation and control.
