Replacement of the existing above grade potable water pump station structure with a new structure with an expanded footprint to include architectural, structural, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, electrical (to include medium voltage), and instrumentation/controls/security work.  Work also includes construction stormwater and erosion control, demolition, civil site improvements to include water main installation, and landscaping.
