PROJECT DESCRIPTION

Establish an emergency egress route out of the
historic village of Neskowin and the residential developed areas to the north.
Construction of this project will provide pedestrian and bicycle access as well as
providing access to emergency vehicles during flooding, tsunami warnings, and
emergency events.
Construction of this 1,100-foot paved egress includes roadwork, storm system at
the Neskowin Wayside, bridges over Butte Creek and Hawk Creek, a box culvert
and retaining walls.
