This Scope of Work will have two phases of construction. The first phase is demolishing and replacing approximately 5,200 square feet of reinforced concrete slab on grade. The second phase is overlaying a roughly 60’ x 134’ area with an approved high-performance floor topping system. The second phase will not begin until the first phase is completed, appropriately cured, and reopened for public use.
