The scope of work consists of furnishing all materials, labor, equipment, and
supervision necessary to abandon and removal of the foundation, associated site piping
appurtenances, and replacement of the existing pump station. Water Systems upgrades
include, but are not limited to, the following: abandonment of a section of existing water
distribution system; construction of approximately 200 feet of new water distribution pipelines
with all relevant fitting, valves; installation of two isolation valves; a new distribution pump
station which includes new electrical, new pumping equipment, standby gas generator and all
other relevant equipment; construction site improvements that include, masonry pavers, and
landscaping of site; on-site stormwater management and facility startup and testing.
