The Work under this contract includes removing the four enclosed stair towers and
constructing new covered open-air stair towers. Solar array canopies will be installed on the third-floor parking deck and pony walls at the street level will be removed to accommodate a new cable rail system that will increase visibility and improve safety. Additional lighting will be installed and perforated metal fins and panels will be added to the second
and third floor facades to enhance articulation and texture with an added lighting display.
