The City of Everett intends to remove a portion of the Lowell Riverfront trail along the left bank of Snohomish River relocating trail to west. The relocated trail will include an elevated deck structure through a wetland. A portion of the trail along the northern edge of the parcel will be removed and replaced with grass pavers to maintain access for utility maintenance. The work includes restoration planting along the river bank.
