A new curtain wall system will be installed at the northwest corner of the elevator shaft to prevent rainwater from seeping in through the door sills. Additionally, a sump pump system will be installed in the elevator pit to automatically remove water when detected. Other planned repairs include roof work, both interior and exterior panel replacements for the elevator shaft, waterproofing, installing a pedestrian cable barrier, relocating CCTV camera, relocating lights, relocating artwork, and painting.
