The project includes, but is not limited to, constructing a 1.8 million gallon combined sewer storage tank, including construction of the tank, site preparation, site grading, construction of associated facilities including but not limited to piping (48-inch to 18-inch diameter), pumps, electrical, C2 water system and site restoration, and performing all other work as required by the contract. The project site is located near the northwest corner of 36th Street and Smith Avenue in Everett WA on the vacant portion of 3600 Smith Avenue.
