This project at the Sandpiper East Apartments in Bellevue, WA is the construction of a replacement roadway bridge crossing over Kelsey Creek. The project includes demolition, dewatering, concrete foundations, precast concrete girders, bridge rails and bridge deck, utility connections and riparian corridor improvements including large woody material placement in the creek.
