1. Construct roadway widening including curbs, curbs and gutters, curb ramps, bike lanes, driveways, and sidewalks.                                                                                                                    2. Construct new water lines, water meters, utilities and structure.
3. Construct storm conveyance system and storm water treatment facility.
4. Construct retaining walls.
5. Install Rectangular Rapid Flashing Beacon (RRFBs), and illumination.
6. Install conduits and junction boxes for future signal interconnect.
7. Install new signing and striping.
8. Install/Extend sanitary sewer laterals.
9. Reconstruct/Overlay pavement.
10. Construct a bridge over Rock Creek.
11. Construct Flood Overflow Channel.
12. Construct Landscaping improvements per the Plans.                                                                13. Perform additional and Incidental Work as called for by the Specifications and Plans.
