This Contract provides for the improvement of *** SR 99 on the 1st Ave South bridges 99/530E and 99/530W between approximately milepost 26.83 and milepost 26.90, by replacing roofing of the towers, replacing windows, replacing watertight doors, replacing access doors, replacing stainless steel ladders, replacing valves, and removing northwest control tower’s top two floors on BR 99/530E in addition to replacing the roofing on the control tower of BR
48 99/530W, *** and other work, all in accordance with the attached Contract Plans, these Contract Provisions, and the Standard Specifications.
