Construct pump control system, instrumentation, communication and ancillary control systems. Construct HVAC and water systems. Construct equipment crane and hoist systems. Switch influent flows from existing influent sewers to be abandoned to a recently-installed influent system. Construct a force main discharge structure on the 72-inch diameter Juanita Interceptor sewer under live flow conditions and connect the force main to it. Overlay and restore the force main alignment.
