Project Description:

Modifications, improvements, and additions in the existing AerationTanks including: Installation of new aeration diffusers and modifications to existing aeration diffusers, Installation of new baffles, Installation of new RAS piping and modifications to existing RAS piping, Installation of new floating mixers and modifications to existing floating mixers.

Modifications, improvements, and additions in the existing Step Feed Channels including: Influent gates to Zones 1 and 2, Concrete intermediate and end walls with butterfly valves, In-channel flow meters to Zone 6, Alterations to the aeration air supply piping, Channel flushing and pump-out system.

Modifications, improvements, and additions in the existing Unused Channels including: Alterations to the aeration air supply piping, Channel flushing and pump-out system.

Modifications, improvements, and additions in the existing Primary Effluent Channel, including: In-channel flow meters, Removal of existing RAS piping.

Construction of a new RAS Tank, including modifications in the existing gallery below to support the box and modifications to the RAS and WAS piping systems.

Installation of new adjustable speed drives for the existing RAS pumps.

Installation of a new air compressor and dryer.

Modifications to chlorine solution piping.

Installation of equipment, valves, gates, piping, and appurtenances associated with the work.

Installation of electrical and instrumentation and control systems associated with the work.
